Hello. My name is Claire Knight.
I started using homeopathy when I was expecting my first child. I decided to give it a try when I went past my due-date but still wanted to have as-natural-a-birth as possible.
I used Caulophyllum followed by Arnica, Hypericum and Calendula to help healing after giving birth.
Later I used homeopathic remedies for my family for a range of common childhood complaints including teething, fevers, chicken-pox, and bumps and bruises. I wanted quick and natural relief, and that is what homeopathy provided - often in the middle of the night.
After that I had homeopathic treatment for anxiety and depression. Later I trained and qualified as a homeopath, so that I could work with people outside of my family. I graduated from the North West College of Homeopathy in Manchester, after training for 5 years. I am registered, and fully insured with the Society of Homeopaths and follow their code of ethics and requirements for continuing professional development. The Society is also accredited by the 'Professional Standards Authority'.
